At PRx Performance, we stand behind our fitness equipment and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your home gym setup. All returned items must be in original packaging and like-new condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your box.

  Ship the Equipment

  Securely pack your gear in its original PRx packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the items upon arrival at our warehouse; once cleared, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
